Penny leads the Commercial team practice, awarded year-over-year as Best of Bermuda Commercial Real Estate Team, conducting 90% of Bermuda's hotel/tourism property receivership consultancy, strategic redevelopment, direct and re-sales activity. Including her instrumental exclusive agency role in the new sales of The Loren (former Pink Beach Club), redevelopment of Tucker's Point Hotel and Resort and new development of St. Regis by Desarollos Group. Her past significant transactions include sale of the South Beaches Development (Hamilton Princess Beach Club) and Coral Beach Club and Horizons. She executed full letting of Bermuda's first luxury penthouse units at Waterloo House.
