Jodi Ming attended Warwick Academy for her high school education, graduating at the age of 16. Upon graduating she decided to attend Bermuda College to continue her studies. During her first year she got into a serious motor bike accident leaving her on a serious road to recovery which included learning to walk all over again. With this life changing event, Jodi had a whole new outlook on life.
After completely recovering Jodi re-applied to The Bermuda College and graduated from the Accounting Certificate Program. Her schooling in the accounting arena helped her decide that it wasn’t for her. She traveled to the United Kingdom where she enrolled as a full-time student to further her education in Business and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing with credits in Retailing and Fashion, an area that has been of interest of hers since she was a young girl.
Jodi returned home in the midst of the recession and immediately found it difficult to find full-time employment within her field. She had been a summer student at a local reputable Banking institution who offered her full-time employment and she took the opportunity. She worked her way through different departments and her last position exposed her to the world of real estate as she worked closely with deeds and valuations for mortgages. Her interest was sparked and she enrolled at the Bermuda College once again in the Real Estate program. Upon completion, she knew she wanted a career in the field.
She currently works as a Professional Services Associate where she is also enrolled in university online doing her Master’s Degree in Real Estate and training to become a Certified Chartered Surveyor with RICS.
Family is everything to her so in her spare time she enjoys being with them creating memories whether it be Barbequing, beaching it or cricket games!
