Almost an acre of land with steps down to a beautiful private beach owned by the Mid-Ocean Club. Everything is in place for gracious entertaining as well as large family gatherings with plenty of space for solitary moments. There is a formal ambience but the open plan design still allows for that easy-going living style that is so intrinsically Bermudian. Through a Bermuda Cedar front door, the hall leads to the spacious living room that has a fireplace. This room has a full-length sunroom opening on to a covered verandah overlooking the beach and ocean. There are attractive lawns and plantings in the garden plus a large wooden deck together with steps accessed to Sam Halls Bay. The very large Master Bedroom has a fireplace and an en-suite marble bathroom with views to the garden and ocean. The second large bedroom also has an en suite marble bathroom. The third bedroom has an en-suite terra cotta and white tiled bathroom and French doors on to the verandah. The separate dining room leads from the living room, has terra cotta tiled floors and French doors onto a patio beyond as well as doors leading to the breakfast room. The kitchen and TV rooms are off the breakfast room and there is a separate wing containing the 4th and 5th bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the laundry.
