The Cottage features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests can spread out across the living room, parlour, and a bonus room with a television and musical equipment. The grounds and gardens are beautifully manicured, with a sitting area perfect for outdoor dining and ping-pong. Behind the house lies the former the tourist attraction of the house’s namesake. Take lighted stairs down to one of the most expansive caves on the island that also features a deck and ladder into the water. Leamington Cottage is situated less than 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Hamilton, and 5 minutes from Rosewood Tucker’s Point. Twizy Chargers are onsite. Upon request, extra services can be arranged: private chef, yoga instructor, masseuse, private taxi tours, and more. Leamington Cottage be rented separately or together with the 5-bedroom main house, "Leamington Caves" (pending availability).
