Exclusive wine estate located in a dominant position on the hills of San Gimignano, with a spectacular panoramic view of the characteristic surrounding landscape, among centuries-old olive groves and prestigious vineyards, active both in terms of rentals and for the production of oil and wine.
An enchanting path defined by Tuscan cypresses leads to a first building which houses the cellar for the production and bottling of wines, with an adjoining house for the caretaker.
Then you reach the 19th century stone farmhouse, the result of a skilful recovery and renovation work rigorously in Tuscan style with stone walls, terracotta floors and wooden beams covering an area of 725 m2. on two levels which consists of 10 apartments used for agritourism activities, of various sizes and bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom.
